I was wondering if I can attend the conference without staying at the hotel ??

I can get into the city everyday, can't leave my son only at night.

My daughter is in treatment and I'm unable to attend the confernce in person.  Do you have provision to connect with conference presenters remotely via phone conference, chat, etc?

Will sessions be recorded and made available?

You say that you are videotaping the conference sessions in July, performing some editing and then will host them some time during the fall. - That's 2-4 months before content would be available.  How about hosting the unedited footage  (just like the conference attendees saw it) at first and then replace these with edited video as you can manage? As you can appreciate, It's critical for me to stay connected and get as much relevent information as possible as my daughter's situation changes.

I appreciate you making the effort to record the sessions and it's good to hear that you are making provisions for remote attendance next year.  I'm sure that you can also appreciate that time isn't a luxury many of us have with NB kids.  I'll apprecaite any effort to make this material available as soon as possible, edited or otherwise.
