Children’s Neuroblastoma Cancer Foundation’s Internet Privacy Policy
The Children’s Neuroblastoma Cancer Foundation (“CNCF”) takes your privacy seriously. Our policy is clear: we collect no personally identifiable information about you when you use any CNCF website, unless you provide that information to us. 

What This Privacy Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of information we collect when you use any website provided by CNCF (including, but not limited nbhope.org). This Policy does not describe information collection policies on websites not provided by CNCF, including those linked to or from any CNCF website. It also does not cover information you may choose to share with other users of any CNCF website.

Children
If you are younger than 13 years of age, you must get permission from your Mother or Father or legal guardian before you enter your name or any information about yourself on this Web site. Do not enter your name, e-mail address, telephone number or any other information that might help identify you or your family or where you live, whether in response to a form, in a chat room or on a bulletin board.

What Information is Collected?
CNCF does not collect any personally identifiable information about you other than that which you affirmatively choose to submit to us, such as your name, postal address or e-mail address. Such information is collected by voluntary means only through the e-mail newsletter subscription form, e-commerce portion of the site, online databases, buyers guides, online publication subscription forms, job boards, and surveys that appear from time to time on our website..
